Frequently asked questions
How much does Teddy Journal cost?
Nothing. The app is free, with no subscription or paid features.
Which phones does it run on?
iPhone with iOS 17 or later. An Android version is coming later.
How does inviting a co-carer work?
The primary owner sends an email invite. Once accepted, the co-carer can write journal entries and log meals and meds, while only the primary owner can change the pet’s details.
Can I add more than one pet?
Yes. Add dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and other small pets, and the Today screen shows all their tasks in one place.
Does it work without internet?
Partly. The app opens offline with your most recent data, and you can log meals and meds offline. They sync automatically once you’re back online.
What happens to my data?
We handle it in line with GDPR. Uploaded documents are stored encrypted, you can export your data at any time, and deleting your account removes everything.
